Our processing time ranges from 1 to 14 business days, depending on the season and current volume of orders. This is the time needed to create and prepare your order for shipment. Processing times are updated regularly based on current order volume and may change daily during the holiday shopping seasons.
All orders are processed in the order they’re received. While most orders ship sooner, please plan your purchase according to the full estimated processing time.
Please note, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Once your order ships, tracking information may take 24 to 72 business hours to update through USPS.
USPS sometimes experiences delays with transit and tracking updates. A lack of tracking activity doesn’t mean your order hasn’t shipped.
Please note that USPS delivery estimates can be delayed during high-volume seasons. While these delays can be frustrating, they are outside of our control as the seller.
If your item shows as “In Transit” or “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local post office directly. While we’re happy to assist as much as we can, all lost package claims must be reported to USPS through your local post office.
Starting August 1, 2022, Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program covers orders under $250 that are lost or damaged in the mail. If your order qualifies, simply file a claim with Etsy, and their team will assist with a refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering — we aren’t responsible for packages lost due to outdated or incorrect addresses on file.
Because all our products are made-to-order and we don’t keep shelved inventory, all sales are final.
We take great care to ensure every order is perfect, but mistakes can happen. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We’re happy to offer replacements or exchanges as needed.
Please note, we cannot accept exchanges on items that have been worn or washed.
All of our apparel is ethically produced in socially-compliant, WRAP-certified factories that are sweatshop-free and child labor-free. We prioritize exceptional quality, superior softness, and meticulous attention to detail so you can shop with confidence.
Our printed and embroidered designs are created entirely in-house by our family-owned print shop. We use only 100% non-toxic, CPSIA-certified inks to ensure safety and quality.
All artwork, photos, and product descriptions are the exclusive property of Eli + Emery LLC and may not be copied or reproduced in any form. Any violations will be promptly reported to Etsy.
Our printed apparel is machine washable with the garment turned inside out. Line drying is recommended but garments may be dried in low heat settings. As with all apparel, line drying will extend the life of your garment tremendously. Do not iron directly on printed designs.
Embroidered apparel is machine washable in cold water and line dry only. Design may be directly ironed in low heat settings.
Due to the dye process, some unwashed garments may discolor from direct sun and sunscreen. PLEASE WASH BEFORE WEARING to prevent this. We are not responsible for sun stained apparel. Thank you for understanding!
We’d love to share our creations worldwide, but due to increased tariffs, we’re currently shipping only within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping again soon!
We cannot accommodate special requests (custom design, color changes, etc.) or guarantee delivery outside our posted processing time via order notes.
Orders will be fulfilled as described in the listing, within our estimated timeframe, and remain subject to our cancellation/return policy. For special requests, please contact us before ordering. Our team will be happy to create a custom order listing for you. Thank you!
